How to Apply

We are excited you are considering Bolles for your child and are happy to answer any questions you have during the admission process.

To begin the application process, you will create an Applicant Portal account using our online application system HERE. This Applicant Portal account will allow you to:

  • View a complete list of required application materials specific to your child’s age and grade
  • Submit application materials
  • Track your application progress throughout the admission process
  • Downloadable checklist

The deadline for applications considered in our first round of selections for the 2024-2025 school year is January 26, 2024.

  • Application Deadline: January 26, 2024
  • Financial Aid Application Deadline for New Families: January 26, 2024
  • Admission and Financial Aid Award Decision Notification: March 6, 2024
  • Admission Contract/Deposit and Financial Aid Agreement Deadline: March 22, 2024

Application Checklist

International Students

International applicants follow the same application process as domestic students but may have a few additional steps or application materials to provide. We also make some accommodations, such as virtual interviews, to make the process more manageable for students living outside the country.
